112年度新進實驗場所作業人員安全衛生教育訓練資訊如下，

1.  新進之實驗場所作業人員(如研究生、博士後研究員、助理、技術人員及專題生等等)，皆須接受「實驗場所一般性安全衛生教育訓練」，運作化學品場所之人員應加上「危害通識教育訓練」，生物安全及保全教育訓練及毒化物通識教育訓練另案辦理；中文場次地點：本校學習資源中心(旺宏館)1樓國際會議廳，每一場次人數限制380人。

A.    「實驗場所一般性安全衛生教育訓練」訂於9月6日(二)及9月8日(四)二日上午9：00-12：00辦理(請擇一場次參加)，「8：30開放入場；9：15禁止入場」

B.    「危害通識教育訓練」訂於9月6日(二)及9月8日(四)二日下午1：30-4：30辦理(請擇一場次參加)，「1：00開放入場；1：45禁止入場」     

2.     English Education：All members, including research assistants, M.S. students, Ph.D. students, postdoctoral fellows. Members should get 70 to pass the tests after the trainings.

a.      General Safety and Health training, Sep. 08(Fri.)  9-12 am, Room 168 General Building I，Check-in stars from 8:50am to 9:15am.

b.     Education and Training for Dangerous and Hazardous Chemicals, Sep. 08(Fri.) 1:30-4:30pm, Room 168 General Building I，Check-in stars from 1:20pm to 1:45pm.

3.  請自行至環安中心環安衛E化管理系統報名：請至本校環安衛E化管理系統(系統連結)＞教育訓練＞實體報名管理

 * 新進人員請先完成E化管理系統帳號註冊申請審核通過再進行報名

** 基於個人資料保護，請詳閱「個人資料蒐集告知同意書」確認同意後，進入系統建立個人資料

4.  前揭教育訓練不得提前離場，提前離場者視同未參訓，測驗成績及格分數為70分，不及格者須重新訓練。

5.  未能參加本次訓練之人員，請參加10月份之補訓。

6.  報名截止日：112年9月5日17：00，如報名額滿即提前停止報名，有問題者請與環安中心巫小玲(31352)聯繫。

備註：因故未能完成教育訓練之人員不得進出實驗場所作業。
