實驗場所新進作業人員(含教職員工生)安全衛生教育訓練資訊如下：

1.  中文場次訓練資訊如下：02月06日(一)中午12：00截止報名，並請於下述時間準時到場。 (下一場預定5月辦理)

a.    一般性安全衛生教育訓練：02月07日(二)1:30-4:30pm(測驗70分及格)，行政大2樓第二會議室，1：45 pm禁止入場。

b.    危害通識教育訓練(化學品)： 02月08日(三)1:30-4:30pm(測驗70分及格)，行政大2樓第二會議室，1：45 pm禁止入場。

2.     English Education：All members, including research assistants, M.S. students, Ph.D. students, postdoctoral fellows. Members should get 70 to pass the tests after the trainings.

a.      General Education, February 7(Tue) 9-12 am, Conference Room Ⅱ General Building I，Check-in stars from 8:50am to 9:15am.

b.     Chemical Education, February 8(Wed)9-12 am , Conference Room Ⅱ General Building I，Check-in stars from 8:50am 9:15am.

3.  請自行至環安中心環安衛E化管理系統(系統連結)＞教育訓練＞實體報名管理

 * 新進人員請先完成E化管理系統帳號註冊申請審核通過再進行報名

** 基於個人資料保護，請詳閱「個人資料蒐集告知同意書」確認同意後，進入系統建立個人資料

備註：因故未能完成教育訓練之人員不得進出實驗場所作業。
