Google 來信通知2026年東亞博士獎學金計畫申請資訊，此項計畫旨在表揚及獎勵在電腦科學或相關學科、

以及其他潛力研究領域中，擁有卓越表現的傑出博士生，2026研究領域為：

• Algorithms and Optimization
• Health Research
• Human-Computer Interaction
• Machine Learning and ML Foundations
• Machine Perception
• Natural Language Processing
• Quantum Computing
• Silicon Research (Algorithms, Architecture, Open Source Tooling)

此項獎學金計畫為期一年(獲獎學生在此期間皆必須為博士生身分)，並提供10,000美元的一次性獎學金和Google研究導師，

重要資訊

1. 此計畫以院校為單位，各校最多可提名3位學生參加此計畫。

2. 若申請者已獲得其他公司之獎學金計畫支持或曾獲得本獎學金，則不符合此計畫之參與條件（若由政府或非營利性組織提供之獎學金則不在此限）。

3. 本所至多可推薦1名博士生，有意願申請者，請於收件截止日3/26(四)前將申請文件電子檔送至電子所辦公室。申請需備資料如下（請以英文準備並統整以下資料為1個PDF檔案）：

1. Student CV with links to personal website and publications
2. Short (1-page) CV of the student's primary advisor
3. 2-3 Letters of Recommendation from those familiar with the nominee's work (At least one from the thesis advisor)
4. Research / dissertation proposal (maximum 3 pages, excluding references)
5. Student essay response (350-word limit) to: Describe the desired impact your research will make on the field and society, and why this is important to you. Include any personal, educational and/or professional experiences that have motivated your research interests.
6. Student essay response (350-word limit) to: Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have positively influenced others, helped resolve disputes or contributed to group efforts over time.
7. Transcripts of current and previous academic records (Official preferred; unofficial accepted)

提名截止後，Google將進行內部評選，預計將於8月底告知獲獎名單。
